Interior Design marks the second pre-release from the upcoming album by Softlander, due this year. It’s a folksy rocker, wrung through the dream-machine and sung with a lot of soulful swagger by Luka Mandic, who wrote this song amidst his vintage-furnished living room, eager to improve this meticulously arranged space by adding just another pre-loved piece to the collection, listening.

Listening makes the eyes turn inward, to our interior lives. Imagine being able to decorate this space inside your head as you please, putting one piece in a better position or even replacing it for a better, more beautiful one, moving your emotional furniture somewhere else and waiting in this palace for the time to pass, candles burning down until the end of time. Maybe this is supposed to be relatable, or maybe not. One thing is for sure, even this can make a danceable tune. Enjoy.
